NIRAMAAYAH provides activity based music therapy services in the form of movement,art,play, resources, and information (the "MOVEMENT,ART,PLAY using Music Therapy") through its website  "NIRAMAAYAH". By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement").

1. Definitions

- "User" means anyone who accesses and uses the Site.
- "Music Therapist" means a  music therapist providing services through the Site.
- "Services" include music therapy sessions, workshops, consultations, and resources.

2. Use of Site

2.1. The Site is intended for individuals seeking music therapy services.
2.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

3. Music Therapy Services

3.1. Sessions are conducted online.
3.3. Users understand that music therapy is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

4. Payment and Refund

4.1. Payment is required prior to scheduling a session.
4.2. Refunds are issued if NIRAMAAYAH cancels a session.
4.3. No refunds for missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24hrs notice.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The Site's content, including music and materials, is owned by NIRAMAAYAH
5.2. Users should not reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content without permission.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. NIRAMAAYAH maintains confidentiality of User information.
6.2. Exceptions: disclosure required by law or with User consent.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

7.1. NIRAMAAYAH disclaims warranties, express or implied.
7.2. NIRAMAAYAH is not liable for damages or losses resulting from use of the Site or Services.

8. Governing Law

8.1. This Agreement is governed by laws of West Bengal and India.

8.2. Any disputes will be resolved through the process of resolution through conciliation in sessions between the management and the customer party amicably and by participating in the process the parties agree to abide by the final outcome 

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. NIRAMAAYAH reserves the right to modify these Terms.
9.2. Changes are effective upon posting on the Site.

10. Acceptance

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
